Director of Development

Bob Spooner B.A., M.Sc. (PL.)

For more than 35 years, Bob has administered residential, industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality developments in both Canada and the U.S. He had the lead hand in planning and developing over 85 highly recognized projects, including the McKenzie Subdivision and the Fish Creek Park Golf Course and Park. He’s backed by a BA in geography and geology from the University of British Columbia, and a MSc(Pl) in Urban and Transportation Planning from the University of Toronto.

Project Management

Bruce Chapman, Project Management Hotel Investment

With over 25 years of planning and development experience of commercial properties, Bruce focuses on hospitality and retail projects. Before his current position as president of Target Project Management consulting, he was involved in the $55 million dollar redevelopment of the Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff, and was a project director with Westin/Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
